Dear Friends,

We will be performing at the Jenkintown Rotary for their Holiday Celebration on December 15th 1:00 p.m. We will leave school at 12:30 p.m. and arrive back at 2:00 p.m.

Transportation will be finalized at a later date.

Please mark this date on your calendar.

Dear Grade School and Mini-Singer Families,

I hope that this letter finds you well, and that we can all finally enjoy some spring weather.

On April 18^th, the Elementary School Choir has been asked to perform for the Rotary Club of Jenkintown at the Memorial Pancake Breakfast, at Grace Presbyterian Church.  The Rotary Club will be recognizing Dr. Robert W. Lloyd, a longtime supporter of the association, who passed away last year.

The annual Pancake Breakfast is a significant fund raising event for the Jenkintown Rotary Club.  100% of the proceeds are put back into the community.  It is a wonderful opportunity for the Elementary School to participate in the celebration of Dr. Lloyd’s life, as well as support the Rotary Club, who does so much for our school district.

The choir will perform at 9:30 a.m. Saturday morning.  Choir members need to assemble at Grace Presbyterian Church by 9:15 a.m. in their concert attire: wearing all black: the girls in their beautifully colored scarves and the gentlemen in their spring colored ties.  All choir members will receive a free-ticket for the brunch buffet.  Family and friends who attend the event may purchase their ticket at the door.  The prices for admission to the event are: adults $7 and children $4.

The rehearsals dates listed below are in place so that the choir members can review the material for the April 18^th event.  It is advised to have your choir member attend at least three out of the four rehearsal dates listed below.

April 6^th 3:00-3:30 p.m.       April 8^th 3:00-3:30 p.m.

April 13^th   3:00-3:30 p.m.       April 17^th 3:00-3:30 p.m.

Please fill out the form and return it to Lys Davidson as soon as possible.

This is a wonderful opportunity to share our love of music with a community who lends their support to our programs and activities throughout the year.

April 18^th Rotary Club of Jenkintown Memorial Pancake Breakfast

My Grade School/Mini Singer member will be able to participate in the April 18^th Memorial Pancake Breakfast at Grace Presbyterian Church.

He/she will attend the following rehearsals in order to better prepare for this event. 

Note:  If there is a rehearsal date that your choir member will not be able to attend, please indicate that on this form.

April 6^th 3:00-3:30 p.m.       April 8^th 3:00-3:30 p.m.

April 13^th 3:00-3:30 p.m.       April 17^th 3:00-3:30 p.m.

All rehearsals will take place in the high school choral room.  Please bring a snack if need be (no peanuts or tree-nuts).
